Property Haus focuses on complete home renovations, extensions, structural alterations and combinations of these in Cape Town. The current minimum project investment is R500,000. Minor repairs and routine maintenance are not part of this offer.

Not usually. A responsible quotation for a major renovation needs a clear scope, site understanding and any required professional input. The assessment helps establish what must be defined before an accurate proposal and programme can be prepared.
